Meet Bryan Kohberger Siblings, Amanda, And Melissa Kohberger

Bryan Kohberger siblings include two older sisters, Amanda and Melissa Kohberger. On Friday, December 30, 2022, 28 years old Bryan Kohberger was arrested and charged with the first-degree slaughter of four students from the University of Idaho.

On Friday, December 30, 2022, 28 years old Bryan Kohberger was arrested and charged with the first-degree slaughter of four students from the University of Idaho.

The students include Madison Mogen, 21 years old; Kaylee Goncalves, 21; Xana Kernodle, 20; and Ethan Chapin, 20.

Bryan’s mother is Maryann Kohberger, and his father is Michael Kohberger Jr. Both of his parents are professional teachers and licensed educators. Bryan shares two older siblings, Amanda and Melissa.

He completed his high school at Pleasant Valley High School and is currently a Ph.D. student in the Criminal Justice and criminology Department at Washington State University.

Amanda Kohberger

Amanda is the oldest sister of Bryan, born in March 1988. She is 34 years old now. In 2018, she graduated from Lehigh University. 

She now works as a licensed Counsellor in school and provides school-based therapy in Pennsylvania as well as a registered behavior technician.

Amanda also tried her hand at acting and was featured in a few movies, ‘Goin’ In,’ ‘Two Days Back‘ and ‘Lonesome.’ 

She also performed in several stage shows: ‘The Hot L Baltimore,’ ‘The Vagina Monologues,’ ‘A Cabin Fit For A King, ‘ and ‘Action Showcase: Barefoot in the Park.’

Melissa Kohberger

The other sister of Bryan, Melissa Kohlberg, is a 31-year-old Young Woman. She currently lives in New Jersey, where she works as a mental health therapist.

She specializes in ADHD, anxiety, trauma, work stress, emotion regulation, and career counseling. 

She graduated from Centenary University and has been employed with Resilience Lab since 2022. Melissa’s mother submitted her daughter’s poem Uvalde school massacre. 

The poem was published in the local newspaper of Pennsylvania in 2022,  “Bereft of their laughter, There is now not a sound, As we lower our children into the ground, Small hands and feet, Buried six feet deep into the earth of the world that failed them,” the poem read.
